This blog focuses on the traditional concepts and practices of yoga such as the Yamas and Niyamas. It is not purely focused on asana, but rather the way of being/ lifestyle of an ancient yogi and how it has been recreated into our contemporary life. As householders we are faced daily with challenges to our focus and intentions. It is my belief that through reflection, acceptance, and connection to our experiences we can access true peace and wisdom beyond our knowing.
